1. What is a Common Short Code?
Common Short Codes (CSCs) are short numeric codes to which text messages can be sent from a mobile phone. Wireless subscribers send text messages to short codes to access a wide variety of mobile content. It is often called a brand’s “mobile marketing address”. Common shorts codes are easy to remember and they are compatible across all participating carriers.
2. What are Reply7 Keywords?
Reply7 keywords are used by consumers as part of the text messaging process to opt-in to your marketing and advertising notification program. Each account owner must have a unique keyword that differentiates it from all others. Keywords are customizable by each account owner and typically are letters or a combination of letters and numbers that are no more than 8 characters in length. These keywords are printed on marketing materials that invite consumers to opt-in to your program. (Ex: Tobins, Ace124, SHRT, etc.)

4. Do I have to install software?

5. Why do I have multiple keywords to use?
Some Reply7 Impact accounts offer multiple keywords. These allow you to create separate lists of consumers to send out unique messages that you may not want others to receive. Most often the main keyword is used to send marketing messages to all customers and the additional keywords are used for VIP or Preferred Customer lists.
6. How do I track statistics for my program?
In Reporting you are able to view a variety of statistics, including when a customer opts-in, opts-out, confirm messages sent to each customer, view total number of customers in your program, etc.
7. How often do you offer new features and upgrades?
Reply7 has a dedicated development team that continuously works to bring new features and upgrades to our system. We try to offer new features and upgrades on a quarterly basis, however more technically advanced upgrades sometimes take longer.
8. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Reply7 offers our service on a month- to-month billing cycle. There are no contracts to be signed or long-term commitments to be made!

2. Do you offer Volume Pricing?

3. Is the consumer charged to participate in my program?
Consumers are NOT charged fees to participate in your program, unless they do not have a current text message subscription through their cell phone carrier. Most consumers have a text message plan and their participation will fall within the terms of their plan.
4. Can I upgrade and/or downgrade my subscription packages?
Yes. You may change your subscription package anytime through your online account.

Yes! Many of our clients have achieved great success by advertising their keywords and the CSC in print advertising such as newspaper ads, magazine ads, newsletters, emails, etc.
8. Does the agent have to know how to text message?
No. Reply7 sends the text messages for you! As the agent you do not have to know how to text message.
9. Can I share keywords?
Yes, but we do not recommend you do so. Each account and their respective keywords are assigned to one agent’s name. If you share keywords, please be aware that consumer’s who receive your listing information will get the name and phone number of the agent who owns the account.
10. How often do you offer new features and upgrades?

1. Can I customize my signs?
Yes. Reply7 offers customization on all signs. If you need a specially designed sign, please contact us with your specifications (size, measurements, material, color, etc.). We will work with you to meet your needs. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us for specific details.
2. Can I reuse my signs?
Yes. Reply7 signs are reusable.
3. What material are the signs made of?
We offer agents three standard sign options, 11 round (Premier), 6x18 (Small Rider) and 6x24 (Large Rider). Our Premier sign is made out of a flexible and UV fade-resistant PVC material, mounted on a 36” durable U-channel aluminum stake. They are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.
4. How do I order a replacement sign?
You may order replacement signs through your on-line account.
5. Can I use my own signs
No. Reply7 is committed to offering every agent who uses our service the highest level of professionalism and brand name recognition. By producing signs for agents, we ensure that you are associated with a nationally recognized brand and image.
