Sign-up for Reply7 service online and choose your keywords. Your keywords will represent each one of your property listings. Many of our customers use their name (i.e. Kathy1, Kathy2, etc.). Select Premier signs, Rider signs or call us if you need customized signs

Set-up Listings

Sign-in to your account and begin setting up each of your listings. Customize each listing, you choose the information you want to show potential buyers.

When your signs are delivered, place them next to you real estate yard sign and you’re ready to go! Reply7 DOES THE REST FOR YOU!

Consumer Sees Your Listing

When consumers drive by your listing and see your sign, they simply text your Keyword and send it to 77070. Our system responds to them instantly with a text message giving them your listing information for that specific property.

Lead Generator

Our system captures the consumer’s cell phone number and stores it in your account for you. We also send you an email notification instantly with the consumer’s cell phone number and which listing they inquired about.

Contact Potential Buyers

Contact potential buyers, introduce yourself, answer their questions about the listing, schedule a showing or introduce them to other listings you have available!

Reuse Signs/Keywords

You can reuse your signs and keywords as often as you like, at no additional fee. When you sell a home or if you simply want to move your sign to a new listing, just go into your account, edit the listing information and move the sign to the new property.
