• Reply7 offers unlimited text messaging and NO additional fees. Our signs are designed and manufactured by industry professionals. They offer you a professional image that will compliment your existing real estate yard sign. Many of our competitors do not offer signs, require you to spend the time getting your own made or send you a blank sign to write on with a marker.


• Reply7 provides you with a professional image and brand name recognition. Consumers who see your property with the Reply7 sign will see your high level of professionalism and know they can text message to get your property information from a reliable source.


• We offer you the opportunity to send your website links to consumers through each text message giving you additional exposure.


• We offer licensed real estate agents customized reporting that allows them to see the consumers phone number, date and time of inquiry on each of their listings.

• Common Short Codes (CSCs) are short numeric codes to which text messages can be sent from a mobile phone. Wireless subscribers send text messages to short codes to access a wide variety of mobile content. Common short codes are easy to remember and they are compatible across all participating carriers. CSCs are either five-digit or six-digit numbers. CSCs can be leased by anyone interested in interacting with nearly 200 million wireless consumers.

• Reply7 keywords are used by consumers as part of the text messaging process to obtain information on your property. Each real estate agent's property has a unique keyword that contains the information sent to the consumer. Keywords are customizable by each agent and typically are letters or a combination of letters and numbers that are 7 characters in length. These keywords are printed on the sign along with the CSC.

• Our Packages are listed under our "Pricing" section. All Packages are billed on a monthly recurring billing basis. Packages include Unlimited Text Messaging, so you will not be charged any additional costs on your monthly bill.

• The consumer or potential buyer is not charged a "premium" fee to text your signs and get your listing information. Our service falls under the "standard" rate SMS fees. They are charged by their respective cell phone carrier plan.

• Log-in to your account and select "Re-Order Signs". Select the keyword, for the sign you need to replace. Then choose the type of sign you would like to reorder from the drop-down menu. Your signs will arrive to you in approximately 7 business days.

• Our service is currently available to all real estate agents in the United States! Consumers will be able to use this service in any area their service provider has coverage for their SMS service.

• Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to our real estate agents and retain each one as a long-term partner of Reply7. However, we understand if you need to cancel your service. To cancel your service, please call 1-888-477-1418 and our Customer Support Team will assist you.

• Log-in to your account, select "Buy Subscriptions" and select the new package. If you add a new package you will be required to select new customized keywords and choose the type of signs for the new keywords.

• We understand the importance that real estate agents place on their image and presentation. We provide you with professionally designed signs that are tailored to compliment your image without competing with your brand. Our production and delivery allow you to save time, money and effort in designing and producing your own signs.


• Our focus is to provide consumers and real estate agents with a nationally recognized brand. Each time an individual sees your Reply7 sign, they will instantly know you are offering the text messaging marketing service on your property.

• If you have an Auto-Fill setting enabled on your phone, please disable and try text messaging again. Auto-Fill settings place spaces between characters that prevent the information from being a recognizable message.


• Ensure you have no spaces between characters in the keyword or CSC.
